Exchanges & Refunds

Shoes don’t fit? ..... Not satisfied? ..... No Problem!

Exchanges

SoleMate will make an exchange on all SFC footwear returned within 30 days from the date specified on the invoice on which your footwear appears. You will receive your exchange shoes 3 – 5 business days after our warehouse receives your returned shoes.

Credit Card Customers
The credit card used on the original order will be charged for the difference in the price of the style chosen.

Corporate Purchase Account Members
Will be invoiced for the difference in the price of the style chosen.  

Refunds

SoleMate will issue a refund on all footwear returned within 30 days from date specified on the invoice on which your footwear appears. (See our Satisfaction Guarantee)

SoleMate will issue a refund on all footwear returned within 90 days should there be a manufacturing defect (please see our 90 day Guarantee On Quality/Workmanship)

  • Please make sure your Return/Exchange Form has been filled out completely.
  • Allow up to 4 business days once the package is received back at our warehouse for us to begin the refund process.

Credit Card Customers please note:
Once the refund is issued by SoleMate it may not immediately be reflected on your Credit Card Statement. Please call your Credit Card Company for refund verification. (Sometimes your Credit Card Company will not show the refund until 2 billing cycles later, this does not necessarily mean that the refund has not been issued.)
