How and Where to Return an Item

FootwearSolemate Returns and exchanges

Australian Returns:
Please contact us on 1800 100 109 and we will advise you what to do.

New Zealand Returns:
You will need a copy of our Return/Exchange form. If you do not have one please click here to download a copy. (PDF format).

  • Return the shoes in the shoe box together with the completed Return/Exchange Form and place inside a plastic bag or protective wrap.
  • Cut out the SoleMate return address label and tape to the outside of the package.
  • Make sure the senders addresss and phone number is on the return label.
  • Please do not return the box without packaging or the Return/Exchange Form.
  • Packages must be returned freight prepaid. We cannot accept freight forward deliveries.
  • We recommend the use of an insured parcel service.
  • All returns will be refunded to your original purchase credit card or chargeable account.

    All other items

    • Pack and seal your return securely (in the original package if possible). Include a copy of your invoice or packing slip so that we can identify you.
    • Packages must be returned freight prepaid. We cannot accept freight forward deliveries.
    • We recommend the use of an insured parcel service.
    • All returns will be refunded to your original purchase credit card or chargeable account.
